Statement of Faith

Externally existent in Three Persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the full deity and humanity of Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of God, His Virgin birth, sinless life, death which is a substitutionary sacrifice as the sole ground of redemption from the guilt, penalty, and power of sin. We believe in His bodily resurrection, ascension and Parousia (the second coming).

We believe in the illuminating, regenerating, indwelling and sanctifying work of God, the Holy Spirit, in the believer.

We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ, whose members believe in Jesus Christ and acknowledge His headship. They are joined together by the Holy Spirit who provides His gifts to everyone to contribute to the growth and ministry of the Body of Christ. Therefore, all believers have a place and part to play and they do this by committing themselves to a local church for accountability, growth and ministry.

We believe in the believer’s baptism through immersion. It is an outward expression of an inward faith. It is an act of faith obedience to the example and commands given by Christ.

We believe the “Holy Communion” as an ordinance, an act instituted by Christ to remember His suffering and death through the symbols of bread and wine.

We believe in Divine inspiration of Holy Bible as fully and uniquely inspired Word of God; Infallible, sufficient, and authoritative rule of faith and practice.
